1 Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
2 Contractual partner

3 Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer. By sending the order, the customer submits a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we accept the offer by means of an order confirmation or by delivering the goods.
4 Prices and shipping costs
All prices quoted are final prices. Shipping costs are charged additionally and can be seen in the order process.
5 Delivery
Delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and delivery location. We endeavor to meet the stated delivery times, but accept no liability for delays beyond our control.
6. Payment

7. Right of withdrawal

The customer's personal data is used exclusively for processing the order and for shipping. Further information on data protection can be found in our privacy policy.
11. Final provisions
German law applies. Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
